What's included in every plan?
Everything. There are no feature tiers. Both plans include profit per order, anomaly alerts, channel-by-channel net ROAS, dead stock detection, freight margin tracking, multi-currency support, and unlimited orders and products. Annual adds priority support.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Cancel any time within 30 days from your dashboard settings and we refund every dollar back to your card automatically. No emails, no forms, no asking permission. After 30 days you can cancel any time and you won't be charged again.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Switch from monthly to annual any time. We pro-rate the change so you only pay the difference. Switching from annual to monthly happens at the end of your annual term.
Do you charge per order or per product?
No. Both plans include unlimited orders and unlimited products. We don't believe in usage caps that punish growth.
How do I pay?
Credit card on signup, billed automatically through Shopify Billing API. NZD or AUD depending on your shop's home currency. Receipts hit your inbox after every charge.
Can I get an invoice for my accountant?
Yes. Every charge generates a tax invoice with your business name, GST/VAT, and shop reference. Download them any time from your dashboard's billing page.
