We pull every order, then subtract real cost of goods, freight, pick and pack, refunds, and per-order overhead so the headline number is operating profit, not gross sales. We also track per-channel net ROAS, dead stock, and freight margin in one place.
Do I have to use your 3PL to use AV Intelligence?
No. AV Intelligence is fully standalone. You can run it on top of your existing fulfilment setup, including warehouses you run yourself or another 3PL. No part of the product depends on us shipping your orders.
What data does AV Intelligence read from my Shopify store?
Read-only access to products, orders, and inventory. We never write back, never modify your store, never see customer payment details. You install AV Intelligence as a Custom app inside your own Shopify admin and tick exactly which permissions to grant. You can revoke access from Shopify any time.
How long does setup take?
Three to five minutes. Sign up, paste your Shopify Custom app credentials, and orders, products, and inventory start syncing immediately. The catalog is usually finished within ten minutes; orders flow in real-time after that. Add your per-order costs (pick and pack, packaging) when you have a quiet moment to make profit numbers exact.
