What platform do you work with?
Shopify. Orders sync automatically, and setup takes one to two days. If you are on something else, talk to us: we will tell you honestly whether we can take your orders rather than promise an integration that does not exist.
Where is your warehouse?
6 Silverfield, Wairau Valley, Auckland.
Do you have minimums?
No. Whether you ship 50 orders a month or 5,000, we can take it.
How do you handle returns?
We receive them, inspect them and put the good stock back on the shelf. Custom return workflows are available if yours needs one.
What is the dispatch cutoff?
Orders in by 2pm go out the same day. Orders after 2pm go the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. New Zealand and Australia go out daily, and we ship further afield on request. Pricing depends on the destination, so tell us where your customers are and we will quote it.
