You set the wholesale price
One wholesale price and a carton quantity per product. You choose which products stores can order.
We help you get in front of retailers, and we run everything that happens once one says yes. Stores order through our wholesale portal, we invoice and collect, and we pick, pack and ship from the stock we already hold for you. You invoice us for what sold.
For brands we already warehouse in Auckland
A store says yes, and the work starts. Send a price list. Take the order by email. Raise the invoice. Chase the payment. Pack the carton. Do it again next month for every store on the list. Most brands run all of that on a spreadsheet.
Your stock is already on our shelves for your online orders. A store order should come off the same shelf, packed by the same people, without you in the middle of it.
Most warehouses call it distribution once a store has already said yes. That is the easy half. Tell us the stores you want to be in and we make the approach ourselves, including the follow up that most brands never get around to.
We build the pack that goes with it. A wholesale line sheet and an order form from your catalogue, so a buyer has your range, your prices and your carton quantities in front of them instead of a forwarded email.
And we can open a door you do not have yet. Retailers already ordering through our portal can be introduced to your product, which is a shorter path to a first order than starting cold.
Then the admin is ours: the price list they order from, the invoice, the money, the carton and the courier. You are not running a wholesale desk on the side of your own brand.
One wholesale price and a carton quantity per product. You choose which products stores can order.
Retailers we have invited log in, see live stock and your wholesale prices, and order in carton multiples. Reordering takes two taps.
The invoice goes to the store the moment the order is placed. Once it is paid, the order drops into our dispatch queue.
Packed from the same stock we hold for your online orders, scan checked, and shipped to the store.
You invoice Ashley Verdant for the product the stores bought, at your wholesale price. One customer to invoice instead of one per store.
Your wholesale prices and carton quantities live in the portal, so a store you have just met can be ordering the same week instead of waiting on a spreadsheet.
Stores see live stock and reorder themselves. You are not the bottleneck between a shelf selling out and the next carton going in.
No second inventory to manage or reconcile. A carton to a store comes off the same count as a parcel to a customer.
There is no open marketplace. We invite the retailers you want to work with, and only they see your wholesale prices.
Orders are invoiced on placement and packed once paid, so you are never carrying a store's credit.
Retail orders go through the same scan check as your online orders before they leave the building.
Every part works on its own. They work better together, because it is the same stock, the same team and the same numbers underneath.
